I think we are all tired of being told that we can take a pill and it will solve all our problems. The reality of the situation is that your body needs so much more than just ingredients.
Launching GOŌE has been very close to my heart because it really speaks to my own health and wellness journey. I think like most people I have been through some difficult things in my life and doctors are just all too keen to give you a pill to make it go away, but you learn to deal with nothing, and you never get to the root cause of anything.
GOŌE was born with the idea that body and mind need to work together for us to be the best versions of ourselves.
With GOŌE I wanted to ensure that whatever we put into our body is of the highest quality and nourishes us, it’s delicious which means it will easily integrate into your routine, and to combine that with mindfulness. The idea of integrating mindful habits made me question what I would need to create these helpful habits.
This is how GOŌE was born, presented with a world class product, I could back it with the support of being mindful around your supplementation.
